DESCRIPTION:Join us for an evening of charcuterie and wine! Kristen Meckley from Slice of Divine Charcuterie will walk us through a fun and entertaining lesson on how to curate a beautiful 10in charcuterie platter. During the workshop\, attendees will learn different cheese cutting techniques\, how to create the ever popular salami roses and rivers. Platters will feature 4 different varieties of cheeses\, 3 varieties of meats\, olives\, nuts\, dried fruits\, honey comb\, honey\, mustard\, fruit jam\, assorted fresh fruits\, herbs and fresh flowers for garnish.\n\nTickets to this workshop are $75\nYour ticket includes:\n-Wine Tasting Flight provided by Grandview Vineyard\n-All ingredients and materials needed to make a personalized charcuterie platter for 1-2 guests to enjoy! All platters will be packaged and served and boxed with utensils\, honey\, jam\, mustard\, and crackers. (Platter will serve at least two people\, but each workshop attendee must purchase an individual ticket)\n-90 minutes of hands-on instruction with Kristen from Slice of Divine Charcuterie\n– A handout with all of the techniques\, tips\, and tricks you learn.
