During the workshop\, attendees will learn different cheese cutting techniques\, how to create the ever popular salami roses and rivers. Platters will feature 4 different varieties of cheeses\, 3 varieties of meats\, olives\, nuts\, dried fruits\, honey comb\, honey\, mustard\, fruit jam\, assorted fresh fruits\, herbs and fresh flowers for garnish.\n\nTickets to this workshop are $75\nYour ticket includes:\n-Wine Tasting Flight provided by Grandview Vineyard\n-All ingredients and materials needed to make a personalized charcuterie platter for 1-2 guests to enjoy!
